1. Responsibility for Rented Equipment

You, as the renter, are the insurer of the rented equipment and assume the entire risk of all loss and damage, regardless of the cause, with respect to the equipment, except for reasonable wear and tear.

Accrued rental charges may not be applied toward the purchase or replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.

Equipment not returned on time or damaged beyond repair must be paid for at its full, current replacement cost, including all shipping and handling charges.

Repair costs will be borne by you, whether performed by us (at our discretion) or by another provider.

A reasonable cleaning charge will apply for equipment returned dirty.

You agree to pay for all losses, charges, and costs upon receipt of our invoice.

2. Return of Equipment

All rented equipment must be returned by the agreed return date in the same condition as when it was received, except for ordinary wear and tear.

You are liable for all damages to or loss of equipment incurred prior to its return.

If the equipment is to be picked up by us, you must provide a secure storage location and accept all risks for the stored equipment until we retrieve it.

If equipment is returned after the rental period, the rental rate will continue to apply until the equipment is returned.

3. Repair or Replacement

You agree to pay for any damage or loss to the rented equipment while in your possession, regardless of the cause, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear.

Accrued rental charges cannot be applied to the purchase or repair costs of damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

Goods not returned on time or damaged beyond repair will be charged at their fair market value at the time of rental.

Repair costs, whether performed by us or another party at our discretion, will be your responsibility.

Payment for losses, charges, and costs is due immediately upon receipt of our invoice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide no warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties against interference, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We make no representation that the rented equipment is fit for your specific use or free from latent defects.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or failure of the rented item.

If the rented item fails, your sole remedy is the termination of rental charges from the time of failure, provided that:

You notify us immediately of the failure.

You return the rented item to us within 48 hours of the failure.

5. Payment Policy

Before delivery or pickup, you must provide a valid credit card to be kept on file until the rented equipment is returned.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is due:

At least 24 hours prior to delivery for items being delivered by us.

At the time of pickup for items being collected from our location.

Payment methods accepted: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, or EFT.

A 3% administrative fee applies to Visa or Mastercard payments.

6. General Cancellation Policy

To ensure the availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable.

You may remove items or cancel your order based on the following schedule:

15+ days prior: No cancellation fee.

14 days prior: 10% of the contract total, less the deposit (if refundable).

7 days prior: 25% of the contract total, less the deposit (if refundable).

Days refer to the number of days before the earliest delivery, pickup, or setup time.

7. Liability for Damage and Late Returns

You are liable for all damages or loss of the equipment while in your possession.

Equipment returned late will incur additional rental charges until the equipment is returned.

8. Cleaning Fees

You agree to pay a reasonable cleaning fee for equipment returned dirty.
